All appointments require a $100.00 deposit. (Deposits are used towards the supplies and the time allotted for each client.) Deposits are NON-refundable – A 24-hour notice is needed to cancel all appointments. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will count as a “No Show” and the deposit will be forfeited, cancelled appointments with paid deposits down will need to rebooked within 6 months due to the fact that circumstances regarding permanent make up may change. Missed appointments “No Show” will be asked to pay in full to re-book future appointments. Missed appointments for additional services such as retouch appointments, multiple prepaid service packages, will count as a “visit” and; this will not be rescheduled.

Rescheduling/Late Policy:
**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24-hour notice is mandatory, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Touch ups:
This 2nd touch-up appointment is crucial for the best results. (This must be done within 4-6 weeks of the original appointment)

IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULT SKIN OR ARE USING IMPROPER SKINCARE, THERE WILL BE CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL TOUCHUPS.

IMPORTANT:

Permanent Make is a form of a tattoo. What this term means is that permanent pigment is being implanted into the dermal layer of your skin with a tattoo needle. No one can make a claim as to exactly how many “years” this will last on each individual person’s skin.  Permanent make up is applied with permanent pigments, tattoo type machines, and techniques. whereas microblading is not as permanent and will NOT last as long. The result of either microblading or permanent make up can have a natural look. Permanent make up has a much longer lasting result. **Please keep in mind if someone has a compromised immune system, such as autoimmune disorder, cancer, liver problems, you skin is very likely to expel tattoo piments. This is out of our control. 

Healed results vary with each individual client as everyone’s skin is different. NO guarantee will be made, and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results.  Although I do my best to provide you with a quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.
