GENERAL POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Your eye brows will be drawn on by Deb to the desired shape before the procedure. You will approve the shape, color before starting. Colors may be customized to match your exact specifications. Everything will be approved by you before it is tattooed. If you choose to draw your own eye brow shape you will be asked to sign and additional release form. Permanent Make up should be considered carefully, your decision should not be made quickly, you should also check your technicians credentials www.micropigmentation.org

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you experience any unusual behavior or anxiety related to the procedure. (deposits are non- refundable)
Prices are subject to change. Clients that have had Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure. Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROCEDURE ROOMS VIA THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, THE PROCEDURE ROOMS ARE SANITARY AND ALSO NEED TO BE FREE FROM DISTRACTION WHILE THE PROCDURE IS BEING PREFORMED.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES

All appointments require a $100.00 deposit. (Deposits are used towards the supplies and the time allotted for each client.) Deposits are NON-refundable – A 24-hour notice is needed to cancel all appointments. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will count as a “No Show” and the deposit will be forfeited, cancelled appointments with paid deposits down will need to rebooked within 6 months due to the fact that circumstances regarding permanent make up may change. Missed appointments “No Show” will be asked to pay in full to re-book future appointments. Missed appointments for additional services such as retouch appointments, multiple prepaid service packages, will count as a “visit” and; this will not be rescheduled.

Rescheduling/Late Policy:
**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24-hour notice is mandatory, and the deposit is non-refundable.

TOUCH-UP POLICIES

Touch ups:
This 2nd touch-up appointment is crucial for the best results. (This must be done within 4-6 weeks of the original appointment)

IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULT SKIN OR ARE USING IMPROPER SKINCARE, THERE WILL BE CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL TOUCHUPS.
Additional touch-up appointments start at $150.00

IMPORTANT:
Healed results vary with each individual client as everyone’s skin is different. NO guarantee will be made, and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Although I do my best to provide you with a quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our Prep and After Care Instructions to see if permanent makeup is a good fit for your lifestyle.
